CENDOLIX displays Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club as card choices on the storefront. Final availability, authentication and authorization are determined by the secure checkout and card issuer.

Currency and order review

The store base currency is USD. Review the selected items, delivery address, shipping charge, taxes and final total before authorizing payment.

Payment safety

Complete payment only through the secure checkout reached from cendolix.com. Never email a complete card number, security code, password or one-time verification code.

Email support@cendolix.com with the order number or a description of the issue, without including complete payment credentials.

Declined payments and authorization holds

If payment is declined, check the billing details and contact your card issuer before trying again. A pending authorization may reserve funds without being a completed charge. Your bank or card issuer determines when an unsuccessful authorization hold is released.

Possible duplicate charges

If you see more than one charge for the same order, first check whether an entry is pending or posted. Contact support@cendolix.com with your order number, the dates and amounts, and only the last four card digits if needed. Do not send your full card number or security code. We will review the order and payment records with the relevant payment provider.
