Contact [email protected] within 30 days after recorded delivery to request a return. Include the order number, selected variant, reason and photographs when the item is damaged, incorrect or incomplete.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition and returned with supplied accessories, labels and packaging. For hygiene-sensitive beauty, eye-area, nail, hair and personal-care items, opened, worn, applied or used products may be ineligible unless faulty, damaged or incorrect. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Return shipping

For an ordinary change-of-mind return, return postage and non-refundable original shipping may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted. For a verified damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete order, cendolix.com will provide an appropriate remedy and return instructions.

Inspection and refunds

After an eligible return is received, inspected and approved, cendolix.com processes the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional posting time.
