cendolix.com ships worldwide to the countries and regions currently available at checkout across Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America and Oceania, including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan and South Korea. The checkout country selector is the final destination check.

Rates

Standard shipping is USD $6 when the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax and shipping is below USD $36. Standard shipping is free when that subtotal is USD $36 or more.

Processing and transit

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3 business days after confirmation. Estimated transit after dispatch is 5–15 business days and does not include processing time.

Tracking and address information

Use the tracking link in the shipping email. Enter a complete address at checkout and contact [email protected] promptly if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Lost packages

If tracking has stopped updating or you believe a package may be lost, contact [email protected] with the order number, tracking number and delivery address. We will investigate with the carrier. Once the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional charge within 3 business days.

Delivery delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed when delay results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, disease outbreaks, epidemics, pandemics or public-health emergencies. If delay results from an avoidable human or operational error attributable to us or a delivery partner, we will review the circumstances and may provide appropriate compensation or another reasonable remedy case by case. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Duties and imports

Import duties, taxes or brokerage charges imposed by the destination may be the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
