Track Order

Use the tracking link in the shipping email when one is available. If you have a customer account, the Orders area may also show current information.

Tracking has not updated

Allow time for the carrier’s first scan. Check the carrier page again later and keep the order and shipping emails.

Tracking says delivered

Check the delivery address, safe locations, reception, household members and carrier notices. Contact the carrier and CENDOLIX if the parcel is still not located.

Report a possible lost parcel

Email [email protected] with the order number, tracking number and delivery address. We will investigate with the carrier. Once the carrier confirms that a package is lost, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional charge within 3 business days.
